A hot new analytics and data visualization company called Coralogix reached out with an urgent need for a t-shirt design. The company was headed to an annual tech conference and needed its employees to look their best. With only two days till the printer needed the final print files, you could say that Good Craft needed to pull a rabbit out of a hat.
Coralogix was founded in 2015 and has since experienced a meteoric rise, growing to become a leader in data intelligence and visualization. The team wanted an illustration that portrayed the magic of data visualization platform.
The concept was to illustrate a magician dramatically conjuring a UI dashboard along with the phrase 'ABRAHCADATA'. Through working collaboratively with Coralogix, we quickly settled on a concept sketch which was then improved into final art. The primary character in the illustration is drawn in the 'rubber hose' style typical of the 20s and 30s.

NOTE: The main character was drawn to create dramatic tension, bringing focus to the hat where the magic trick is being performed. The magician is shown conjuring the coralogix user interface out of thin air.
